Information Security Awareness Workshop was organized by cdac Mohali which was conducted at BBK DAV college, Amritsar on Oct 19, 2011, around 130 students participated for the workshop. The workshop was mixture of theory, practical, demo videos, with suitable examples for some of the topics.

 During the session the demos , videos were shown on how to trace the spoofed emails like promotional emails, tracing of IP addresss, importance of strong password and how to create it etc.
