An ISEA workshop was conducted on 8th November 2011 at Cdac Mohali in Cdac premises. Students from different departments of cdac actively participated in this workshop.Around 50 members participated for the same.
The workshop was held in session wise manner and following sessions were held,

1.  Introduction to Information Security
2. Introduction to ISEA project
3. Detailed session on Browser, network security Downloads,Anti-virus,Firewall,Spyware,Phishing attackThreats Vulnerabilities etc.
4. Video Session
5. Practical session on Netstat, TCP view, antivirus and Internet Browser.
6. Question and Answer session

Audience was informed about the www.infosecawareness website and its relevance in light of the present workshop,safe internet and computer usage. The workshop finally followed by question and answer session.
