Information Security Awareness for BSNL officers

Venue: RTTC , Hyderabad

The Information Security Awareness workshop was conducted to BSNL Officers at RTTC, Gachibowli,  Hyderabad. Around 25 participants were participated for the workshop. The session started by Ms S.OmAarathi with a brief description of ISEA program and continued with importance of Information Security while we are online along with the common online attacks like Social Engineering, Identity theft, Denial of Service and Phishing scams.

Later the session continued with the importance of passwords, its attacks with examples, importance of browser security and e-mail security with example how to trace the e-mails from unknown users/ Strangers.

At the end participants had hands on session on e-mail tracer.
