Information Security Awareness conducted at Centre for IT Education for  MCA and MBA students.For the same around 65 participants attended.

Mr.Ch.A.S Murty started the session and told the importance of such awareness workshops.

He started the session with basic importance of Internet and what are the things we use Internet for.The session continued with advantagesand disadvantages of Internet with some examples.

The topics covered during session are as follows

• Basic Security Concepts
• Major online attacks
• Layer wise attacks
• Social Engineering Techniques
• Email Risks with examples
• Many more

In between teh session videos and demos are shown.

At the end of the session quiz was conducted and winners awareded with prizes.
