C-DAC Mohali has conducted the Information Security Education and Awareness workshop at ITI,Rajpura to 350 students and teachers.
Phishing, safe browsing ,various security measures while doing internet and different internet threats were discussed . The participants were very interested to know about the Security steps while using Internet and shared their experiences with different kind of problem they normally faced over Internet.Topics like Spyware,viruses,worm,Trojan were told to them and were shown to them practically.Steps to Keep personal information secure over internet were also discussed.
The feedback from the participants was very good and fruitful.
