Information Security Education and Awareness (ISEA) workshop was organized on 22nd May 2010 at Town Hall, Puri, for IT Professionals & teachers of IT Training Institutes including DOEACC accredited institutes in the region. More than 200 participants attended the workshop. The Workshop was conducted by members of DOEACC Society, Extension Centre Puri, Extension Centre Bhubaneswar as well as DOEACC Society Gorakhpur Centre.
The workshop was inaugurated by Sh. Biranchi Narayan Satapathy (IAS), Economic Advisor Deptt. Of I.T. Govt. of INDIA. The special guest to the occasion was Sh H.P.Shukla, Director, DOEACC Society Gorakhpur Centre.
The interactive workshop sessions includes presentation, Q&A and video clips on various topics related to information security. Literature and CD’s on these topics are also distributed to all the participants.
