C-DAC Mohali has conducted the Information Security Education and Awareness workshop at Jawahar Navodhya Vidyalya , Farour Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib, for 200 students and 40 teachers. Participants from Sarvhitkari Vidya Mandir also attended the workshop and were actively involved during the sessions.

The children were very keen to know about the Security measures while using Internet and shared their experiences with different kind of problem they normally faced over Internet. Instructiveness with the children created the environment to express their views and problems over internet.
Later on, the session consisted of the topics regarding the spyware, malicious website, tips for securing your browser from hijack. The participants were actively involved during the sessions.

The Speaker of the session Mr.Daveet Singh Lobana started the presentation with brief description of ISEA program and continued session with the best and worst thing of the internet with an example.
