Ensure to change your password immediately in case it has been revealed accidentally to someone
- To confirm your identity, you'll be prompted to answer a few questions Once you've answered at least one of the questions, you will get an e-mail with instructions for changing your password
- If you don’t receive an e-mail immediately, make sure that the e-mail address listed in your account is correct Then, check the spam filtering settings on your e-mail account to see if the filter is preventing you from receiving e-mail

Never use unprotected / public computers for Internet banking
- Always assume that a computer that you do not control like in cyber cafes is unsafe for you to use for sensitive activities such as online banking
- Be careful about using Internet banking from PCs other than your own, such as those at Internet cafes, which may not have up-to-date virus protection installed
